Services are scheduled by mutual agreement. You must provide reasonable access to your property during scheduled service times. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. For ongoing maintenance contracts, payment is due monthly in advance. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Property Care

While we take great care in handling your property, you acknowledge that gardening involves inherent risks to plants and landscaping. We are not liable for plant mortality due to weather, disease, pests, or other factors beyond our control.

Liability Limitation

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. You are responsible for marking underground utilities and informing us of any property hazards.

Service Modifications

Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 30 days written notice. You remain responsible for payment of all services rendered prior to termination.
